Start with your product and your goal; you do not need an existing store or a technical brief. A complete store receives its own scope and schedule.

Typical first deliveries are 2–3 business days on Steady and 1–2 on Momentum, after the request is active and the brief, materials and access are ready. Larger projects get an agreed schedule.

Revisions stay within the agreed scope and move through the same request queue, on either plan. Larger projects receive an agreed schedule.

We provide the AI production tools for the work we deliver, including images and short AI clips within the agreed scope. Your Shopify subscription, paid apps, domains and advertising spend remain your costs. Large productions are scoped separately. Paid media management, filming, large custom software builds and 24/7 support sit outside the plan.

You can request a pause or cancellation before your next renewal. It takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Your queue and the scope of any active work are clarified as part of the handoff.
